Cancer Fund for Children

By working closely with bereaved families, Cancer Fund for Children help them cope with the emotional pain of losing a child or parent to cancer.

The charity also provides patients and families with access to short breaks in their purpose built therapeutic centre – Daisy Lodge. Here they can spend quality time together in a safe and supportive environment, far removed from the pressures of cancer treatment and hospital wards.

In 2022, we awarded a multi-year grant to fund a full time Cancer Support Specialist, who will provide support to young people aged 5-24 impacted by cancer across Northern Ireland.
